Prof. William Dodge Appointed to State Department

State Department Legal Adviser Harold Hongju Koh has appointed Professor William Dodge to a two year term as a member of the Advisory Committee on International Law. The Committee is composed of professors, practitioners, and policymakers who are experts in international law and is charged with providing advice on significant issues of international law to the Legal Adviser and the Secretary of State.
